Day 7:Chester to Slaidburn

An interesting night in Chester - staying in attic room of YHostel in town
centre. Woken at 2am by fire alarm and found ourselves on the pavement in
pyjamas! Thankfully a false alarm, but not conducive to sleep.
Delayed this am in Chester, attempting to rectify pedal problem (still not
right, but holding).

85 HOT miles today, through several towns where heat more intense.
Camping tonight with sheep and cows, just into Cumbria.
Tomorrow is going to be another hilly day (mobile signals not so reliable).

All well (Phil says he's holding together, just!), and in good spirits.
